Phil Bilello is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Modern's financial management, accounting and purchasing practices as well as maintaining and developing relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community. Phil came to MMS with over 25 years experience in manufacturing and distribution. His prior position was the V.P. & CFO of a fastener manufacturing company. He received a B.B.A. from Hofstra University.
Along with his financial experience he has an extensive background in Purchasing, IT, HR and general management. His goals are to help MMS grow by becoming more competitive and efficient through the strengthening of its financial structure, procedures, performance and integration with the other departments within the Company.
